About the Job
Responsible for the daily operation of the tennis pro shop, including merchandise purchasing, inventory control, displays, sales, member service, court reservations via the phone and special orders. Oversees point-of-sale transactions, maintains accurate inventory records, coordinates team uniforms and club apparel, and ensures the shop is clean, organized, and financially successful. Manage other pro shop employees, their commissions and scheduling. Works closely with the Director of Tennis to support club programs, events, and member experience while maximizing retail sales and profitability. Greeting members and assuming the personality and the face of the pro shop.
$17.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience
